Our senior living community is conveniently located in
a
beautiful and peaceful residential neighborhood on the south side of Fairmont.
Our campus style community features three different options for seniors that
call our campus home! The first community is our assisted living
community. The second is our memory care community, the Roxanne House.
The third is our new expansion at Goldfinch Estates that offers independent
living. We are proud to announce the opening of our expansion project at
the Independent community for July 15th, and the expansion of the Roxanne House
for August 1st, 2006! Reservations are currently being taken with choice
apartments expected to fill quickly.
We
believe in three
key principles to be successful in offering the best possible service to the
residents that call our community home. Offer choice, maintain dignity
and promote individuality. We put the focus on the residents that live in our
community. When residents come to live with us, they can expect a wonderful
atmosphere where they are valued as an individual.

elevator is centrally located making it easier to get around and utilize all
floors of the community.

Features
Apartments at
Goldfinch Estates were designed with our residents in mind and help keep them as
independent as possible, for as long as possible. Offering one and two bedroom,
private apartments that include: a full kitchen, private bathroom with low-step
showers, our residents find everything they need to help with the “little
things”. We even went as far as raising the outlets throughout the apartment so
residents wouldn’t need to bend over as far as they would in a normal home to
use the outlets. We’ve also included an emergency response system so when a
resident needs to contact a care provider in an emergency, they can, right at
their fingertips! All utilities
(except telephone)
are included with
the monthly rent which includes: television, heat and electricity.
