What is senior living?

One of the best advantages of living at Orchard Hill is the outstanding services and amenities that we offer. Assisted Living is defined as a special combination of housing, supportive services, personal assistance, and health care designed to respond to the individual needs of those who need help with Activities of Daily Living. Supportive services are available 24 hours a day, to meet scheduled and unscheduled needs, in a way that promotes maximum dignity and independence for each resident and involves the resident’s family, neighbors, and friends.

We take a forward look to how personal and health related services are offered to our residents. We’ll take the time to get to know you as a person. While many senior communities “bundle” their services with their monthly rates, we believe that our residents should “see what they are paying for”. By offering a la’ carte style services, our residents are able to choose the services they need, when they need them. Both personal and health related services are offered to our residents to help them stay as independent as possible, for as long as possible.
