One of the best advantages of living at Orchard Hill is the service. We take a forward look to how personal and health related services are offered to our residents. Orchard Hill has taken a forward look at the way services are offered to our residents by offering two different styles of service packages. One service package is an “a la carte” style where residents can pick and choose services they need them. The other service package is a “bundled” style where services that are typically used in an assisted living community are bundled together under one price. In this type of pricing style, residents don’t have to worry about changing prices as their monthly cost will stay the same month to month. While both have their benefits, Orchard Hill feels that by offering these two types of packages, all residents will find one that will fit their need. Assisted Living is defined as a special combination of housing, supportive services, personal assistance, and health care designed to respond to the individual needs of those who need help with Activities of Daily Living. Supportive services are available 24 hours a day, to meet scheduled and unscheduled needs, in a way that promotes maximum dignity and independence for each resident and involves the resident’s family, neighbors, and friends.
