Dean Bloemke - CEO and Secretary/Treasurer

Mr. Bloemke's background is in finance and developing new business.  His early career was in commercial banking.  Mr. Bloemke is responsible for new project development, management of existing projects and finance.  He is active in the Minnesota Health and Housing Association where he holds a key policy making position and is also on their Board of Directors, also he is a member of the Assisted Living Federation of America. 

Dale Tauer - Chief Manager

Dale Tauer's background is in developing new business.  Based in a rural setting with an agriculture background, he has brought a number of new agriculture based companies into existence.  In 1994, he joined Welcome to our Home as a board member and assumed the position of Chief Manager in 1998.  He is responsible for construction of new projects and project development. 

JoAnn Bloemke - Corporate Interior Decorator

Mrs. Bloemke knows the needs and desires of the elderly client, the needs of the operators to efficiently operate the project. and has an eye for creative decorating.  She has received her degree in Interior Design and has been responsible for decorating all projects to date.  Her decorating is tasteful yet practical.  The decorating has been a focal point of curb appeal in all projects.
