Welcome Home Health Care, a leader in managing assisted living communities, is looking for a dynamic nurse who will have the opportunity to direct and manage our health delivery systems within our assisted living community located in Sartell, Minnesota. This oversight will assist us with providing optimum quality of care and quality of life for all residents. This individual will also work alongside the Director of Resident Services in the communication and assurance of the adherence to all applicable regulations and policies and procedures.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with residents, family members and staff.
• Current and valid Registered Nurse License
• Detail oriented
• Compassion for people of all ages
• Experience working with the elderly
• Sound judgment/good character
• Experience in staff supervision and development
