Established in 1994 as a senior care management company, Welcome Home
Management Company today manages senior communities in both Minnesota and Iowa. Welcome Home
Management today manages Assisted Living, Independent Living, Care Suites and
Memory Care
communities. Providing everything for licensure to staff training to policies
and procedures to marketing facilities and programs, Welcome Home Management
Company can provide the full spectrum of services for each of the locations that
it manages.
Company Philosophy
 The core of our senior care philosophy is this: Senior living that provides
care that is designed around the individual resident. The goal of this philosophy is to help seniors
remain as independent as possible. By providing only the services and
assistance the individual senior needs, the senior continues to do some things
for themselves. In addition, providing seniors with only the care they require
is less expensive.
We believe that our residents have the right to a high quality of life.
Our mission is to provide senior living services to persons who find it
difficult or impossible to continue living in their own home, yet who may not
require all the services of a nursing home. In each community, it is our
intention to create a warm, caring, family type atmosphere where each person is
valued as an individual.
Our philosophy places the needs of the residents first, the requirements to
provide a healthy work environment next, and finally an adequate rate of return
to investors.
Our
staff are trained to support the three key principles of senior living.
Offer choice, maintain dignity and promote individuality. In each senior
living community, we offer residents choices in the services they receive by
incorporating them and their family members in the process. Maintaining
someone’s dignity is simple. Show respect, protect their privacy, and
encourage independence. While resident’s have similar needs, each resident
has his or her own likes and dislikes, routines, and lifestyles. Even when
seniors live with others in a senior living community, they are individuals.
Welcome Home Health Care is the licensed through each state as an senior
living home care provider in all of our communities with over 350 well-trained, professional staff
to care for our residents. Each staff member must attend an extensive training
program with our Registered Nurse and on-site staff prior to working with our residents and their
family members.

Qualified Personnel
 Dean Bloemke -
President, CEO
Mr. Bloemke's background is in finance and developing new
business. His early career was in commercial banking. Mr. Bloemke is
responsible for new project development, management of existing projects and
finance. He is active in the Minnesota Health and Housing Association
where he holds a key policy making position and is also on their Board of
Directors. He is also a member of the Assisted Living Federation of America.
 Roman D. Bloemke - Director of Operations
Mr.
Bloemke has been with Welcome Home Management in one way or another since its
inception in 1994. Spending time working in almost all positions
throughout the company, he has extensive knowledge in all aspects of our
communities. In his role as the Director of Operations for
Welcome Home Management, he oversees day to day
operations; policies & procedures; staff development & training; sales
and marketing; and
maintaining budgets. Mr. Bloemke also oversees the WHMC Certification Program,
our employee development program.
He is also very active with our Quality in Action Policy throughout all of our
communities. He
also brings his knowledge of marketing and advertising to Welcome Home Management.
During his six years in the television industry, he spent most of it working in production,
promotions, advertising, and graphic design. In his marketing duties, he
is responsible for the oversight of the marketing program and advertising design for new, future, and existing
projects. Mr. Bloemke holds the following

 Sarah
J. Bloemke - Director of Administration Ms. Bloemke has been with
Welcome Home Management since May
2002. Since coming to work for the
company, Ms. Bloemke has spent the last few months in all of our communities
working with the Directors and Health Services.
As the Director of Administration, Ms. Bloemke
continually works with managers and employees in each community to provide a
healthy working environment for everyone.
In addition, she provides oversight of financial and accounting functions for
each community.
Prior to coming on board, Ms. Bloemke spent two years
working in the customer service department for United Health Care, Inc.
As a member of the Service Assist Group, she gained a wealth of knowledge
on the benefits of good customer service. Her
experiences and know-how in customer service extends in all of her functions of
her position.
Ms. Bloemke has also received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science
and a Masters of Business Administration.
