February 23rd, 2012 - Welcome Home Management Company is proud to recognize the senior living communities who have achieved high level of excellence in senior living. Criteria for the award include employment best practices and employee satisfaction, resident and family satisfaction, resident and staff safety, financial performance, matching resident needs to care plans throughout a resident’s stay, and overall occupancy.  Each of the performance objectives is to assure the proper and desired level of service is provided.  Best Community Awards for the calendar year of 2011 went to Orchard Hill Assisted Living, New Ulm; Twin Town Villa Assisted Living, Breckenridge; Potter Ridge Assisted Living, Red Wing; and Excelsior Place Assisted Living, Baxter, Minnesota.

January 28th, 2011 - Welcome Home Management Company is proud to recognize the senior living communities who have achieved high level of excellence in senior living. Orchard Hill Assisted Living is proud to announce that they have won the prestigious Best Community Award from Welcome Home Health Care, Inc., the management company that operates Orchard Hill. 

This award recognizes the senior living communities that are operated by Welcome Home Health Care who have achieved high level of excellence in senior living. Criteria for the award include employment best practices and employee satisfaction, resident and family satisfaction, resident and staff safety, financial performance, matching resident needs to care plans throughout a resident’s stay, and overall occupancy. Each of the performance objectives is to assure the proper and desired level of service is provided.

Roman Bloemke, Director of Operations at Welcome Home Health Care, said of the award, “Because of all the hard work that our team members do the residents, families, your team members and all of us here at Welcome Home, thank you.”

This award is the first time that the team at Orchard Hill has won this award.

The award was presented at Welcome Home Health Care’s Annual Winter Conference in Hutchinson, Minnesota on January 28^th, 2011.

Team members were able to watch live via the internet as the awards were presented.
