 BAXTER, MN – Welcome to our Home, L.L.C.  along with Lakes Country Synergics, L.L.C held ground breaking ceremonies for Excelsior Place Catered Living, a new catered living community under development in Baxter, MN.  The ground breaking ceremony was held on April 23rd, 2003 at 10:30am at the construction site.  .

This new senior living community will offer 50, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments that vary in size from 515 square feet up to 964 square feet.  Excelsior Place will also provide catered living services along with 24 hour, on-site staff; Registered Nurse on staff, Medical Assistance, Hygiene Assistance, and social programs for our residents including daily exercises.  Residents that live at Excelsior Place will also enjoy home-cooked meals every day.  Catered living is a self-determined living style where the resident and family are the primary decision makers and all services are based on assessed needs.  Residents have a choice of services, whether medical or personal assistance, when the resident needs them.  Excelsior Place will be managed by Welcome Home Health Care.
